My favourite place is the closeness of the hotel to Disneyland Paris. There was buffalo gill just next door to the hotel in case someone is hungry. It was also very essay to get around Paris; from the hotel.

It was brilliant family and dog friendly, clean although my daughter and I did notice rats running about when walking around the paths outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. My daughter and I shared a double bed which thankfully was massive, a bit hard on the mattress though. We had a lovely view of the lake. Everything was within easy walking distance. It’s a great outfit run thoroughly and well. We had a fab time. I would definitely recommend it to families. Our favourite restaurant was thé crêperie lovely staff and tasty food. The Italian restaurant was a bit stressful with tasteless food nice staff though. The farm is brilliant totally recommend the kids helping out before it opens feeding the animals etc it is expensive though at 90 euros but worth it. The aqua park which is actually included in the price (food is not) is superb lots of pools and slides etc. Overall a really good experience. Be aware resting is not allowed because there’s so much for the kids to do!! 😊

Great for kids, swimming pool is amazing, the bikes also keep them busy! Beautiful location it’s more the finer details that an adult would notice that may let the trip down. Cleanliness isn’t great, rooms smell a bit, drinks food etc seemed very expensive, the place looks like it needs a lick of paint and sanitiser 🤦‍♀️

Lovely warm house set in a good quite location with a bus stop a short walk away that takes you to Disney Parks, the bus returns late too. There is a small shop close by for your essentials, if you arrive late like we did, opposite the shop is a bakery, bar, etc. It would be a lovely place to stay in the summer as the garden is enclosed with a swimming pool. Shame we visited in January.. I would recommend this property and hope to return in the summer.

We had a good week.
We had a good week. There was plenty to do, the pool was great and Cepages restaurant was excellent. We took our bikes and had fun cycling round the site. There was lots of things we didn't have time to try out. Take loo rolls with you and accept that the Centreparcs booking systems leave a lot to be desired to avoid feeling frustrated. The cupboard in our cottage had a step stool... Essential if you are to stand a chance of reaching anything in the kitchen cupboards.

I like the hotel’s location and activities. I don’t like some of the receptionist staff who has limited experience in dealing with guests and maybe not well trained. I don’t like that there is no assistance from hotel to carrying the baggages from reception to villa and versa as per the hotel’s policy self service baggages.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful, specially Patrick, who helped us at our check-in and check-out. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food. The room had a good size and was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood of the hotel is very lovely, quiet and also looked very safe. We mostly used public bus as transport and the availability was good, as well as the distance to the nearest bus stops. It was easy to get to the train station that allowed us to go to the center of Paris and was very near Disneyland.

The size of the house, the cleanliness and modern aplliances. The comfortable beds, the heated, large pool, the staff were so friendly as well. It was also easy to access places without a car due to convenient buses and trains not far away. Although we used a car, taxi and trains. Easy to get to Paris and Disneyland despite the shuttle from the hotel not operating due to covid. There was daily cleaning and the house was very well equipped. Restaurants in the village nearby were really nice too.

Very close to Disneyland with a shuttle several times per day and free parking. The hotel is very new and the pool was very nice the kids loved it. Restaurants in the hotel were very good as well which is surprising as most in the hotels are disappointing. Marcano (not sure if I spelled that right) and Laura at the front desk were super helpful and even rearranged our booking for a better stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. The food was good, room clean, and the pool was amazing. It was a very relaxing break. Well done to all involved. Excellent location for anyone who is planning to visit Disneyland as there is a free shuttle bus to and from the parks daily. The shuttle drop-off for the parks is also right beside the train station for anyone to travel to Paris!

The property is really cozy, clean, comfortable and the staff is really nice and friendly. We booked a split apartment and it was very comfortable for a family with 2 children. The hotel has easy access to public transportation, apart from the free shuttle for Disneyland trips. The breakfast buffet was great as well. I would anytime come back.

I like that the hotel is modern and quite new. Location is suitable for disneyland and in peaceful surroundings, little far from central Paris. Nearby shop, supermarket, cafe about 15min walk. Disneyland 20 minutes away by bus 34. Pancakes save the breakfast, you wait until the machine prepare them, however the queue can be long.

The site is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean. The pool was the highlight for us - never been anywhere like it. Our apartment was a great size with a big balcony overlooking the gardens. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was easy to reach Disneyland Paris by bus.

Green and quiet location. close to nature, supermarkets, and Disneyland (would recommend going there by Uber, as it is cheaper and quicker than the hotel shuttle). The facility is very good. It has everything you need and it is very good value for money for families.

The facilities at the hotel were great, the room was fairly basic, but perfectly adequate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pool and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland were both a very welcome bonus.

We stayed at this hotel to visit Disneyland. There is a direct bus to Disneyland from the Hotel. (no:34) The breakfast was nice and there were quite good varieties to choose. The room was comfortable.
