Breakfast was decent except juices and scrambled eggs but those are almost always poor quality in Finland. One positive was soft boiled eggs which you don't see too often in Finnish hotels.

Excellent location for vacationing, or for business meetings...
Excellent location for vacationing, or for business meetings. I've stayed at Vierumäki Resort Hotel on several occasions. There is a good selection of outdoor activities available, both during summer and during winter.
The location is splendid. The hotel is located amidst forest and the environment radiates peace and tranquillity. Breakfast is good and adequate. I have seen hotels where it is much more extensive but all you need to start a day is there. The facilities are clean, bright, and well maintained. There are two restaurants, one buffet type which closes on the early side for me (20:00) and the other a la carte. Kitchen of both restaurants is ok, but the menu rather conscise.
I am visiting Vierumäki for many years and I enjoy my time there very much. I stayed here earlier years too. I like the room, view, and breakfast very much. Only thing would be nice to have a water-boiler in the room, just to have a cup of tea before go to bed, you know. You dont always want to walk downstairs and get coffee/tea from the bar/kiosk. Besides all is good.
Neat hotel with large rooms and many shelves. Restaurants have a selection of heathy tasty meals. Good hiking routs. Spa center has a pool, a sauna, three different spa pools - totally worth 12 euro. There is a student massage at reduced price available. I would love to come back here. Drying cabinet in the bathroom is a plus.
The price was really good for peak season, the hotel facilities also has a little supermarket (R-kioski). The atmosphere is super, beiing in a club. We slept well because of air condition and also it was very silent despite many guests at that time of the year.
-A very nice, stylish and newly refurbished hotel
-Comfortable beds
-Very friendly and helpful staff
-Excellent location to do sports
-Coffee and tea making facilities in the room
-Good breakfast
The newly renovated hotel Fennada is charming! The architects have done a good job combining traditional and modern. The restaurant V was excellent and what a lovely sport for breakfast too.
Breakfast was decent except juices and scrambled eggs but those are almost always poor quality in Finland. One positive was soft boiled eggs which you don't see too often in Finnish hotels.
Nice and clean hotel, rooms are pretty modern, bathrooms could use some update. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The location is nice and there are activities for families.
We got an upgraded room and better breakfast because hotel was full of Lahti Ski Games athletes. Nice ski tracks, very sporty and lovely neighbourhood. Very good breakfast.
Poor service at the front desk. Spa facilites not open on mondays - this is the reason we booked the hotel but you only get this information after arriva.
