Beautiful view from the 10th floor, open horizons, excellent sauna for a small apartment. Great sheets.
Parking under cover, so no need to scrape any snow from the car. Even though walking distance from the tram if you don't have car and on weekends the trams are running basically nonstop. Supermarket next door for your basic needs.
We arrived a little earlier and it was OK.
