The arrival instructions were clear. The room was small-ish but enough for a short stay. There was no hairdryer.

The breakfast was quite good with plenty of choice. Also the hotel is located right in the centre of Pietarsaari. The staff are always very pleasant (although I do miss the Lotty the manager who retired some time ago).
