For those who visit it and want to open the door, a little hint: use the "*" on the keyboard to activate and at the end to open it. And also to lock it :)
If I would make something better it would be like a welcoming Letter with Information about where to bring the trash, how to use the Sauna and all the other little things, like what to do with used bedlining and stuff like that :) but of course you can also ask the landlord, you will have an answer within hours.
