The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our original room was on the sunny side of the building and without air conditioning it was unbearably hot so the staff upgraded us to a cooler and much larger room. The WiFi was fast, easy to use and reliable. Although the dinner menu was limited it was good quality, tasty and reasonably priced (for Scandinavia). The hotel is in a great location with direct access to walking paths around the lake and easy walking distance to the town centre. The parking is free and easy to access.
Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The view out onto the river was very nice.
The apartment is located a few hundred meters from the central street of Kajaani. Pekka Heikkinen bakery is just around the corner which has excellent breads, pastries and coffee (with free refills!).
The hotel is in a good location and easy to walk into town for shops.

Beautifully renovated hotel standard apartment in the centre of town. Very prompt and clear communication, reserved parking just before the door. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Good value for money. Room clean and spacious. Common facilities and kitchens. I didn't notice any shops nearby so advisable to buy food before traveling to hotel.
