Great place for relax and having fun with company. We went fishing, we went to sauna.
We had great evening talks around fireplace. It was very easy to get to Tampere, around 45 minutes.

Ikaalinen is a beautiful place to visit during the summer. As it's a small town with not many hotels or restaurants, you need to plan ahead a bit, though. Having your own car or bicycle is recommended.
Very comfy beds after a few days of bike touring, an apartment with all you need, but no laundry wash machine and no inside storage for your bicycles. A quick response for my last minute booking. Nice recommendation for a short or even longer stay in Ikaalinen. For a biking tour (motor or bio) highly recommended..
Friendly staff. Hotel located close to lake, park and main road in town. First impressions may be wrong, because the hotel outside and inside look like stucked in 90, but it's clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast. Parking is available behind building.

Main building is nice and modern, breakfast has plenty of options, clean and comfortable pool area (free for those who stay in a hotel), bowling, mini golf, huge children play room, beautiful scenery by the lake
The hotel was very nice and modern. Rooms were very affordable. Breakfast was excellent and so were the options for activities. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming (except for one.)
