The staff was very personable and friendly. The facilities were very clean, and we especially enjoyed the 2-room suite setup that they have. Breakfast was good, and the views were so restful.

A charming and historic place. Almost like a time travel to the past. The traditional sauna was really good. Nice surroundings and close to national parks. Clean and warm.
The city is small and empty. We visited a city museum which was Ok, but rather small, so 2 hours are enough even with kids, and walked also around the city center (30 min). Options to eat out are limited and quality-wise - moderate. We stayed in a cottage in the countryside and really enjoyed it, but in the city itself not much to do. Taxi service (we used Kanta Hämeen taksi) was really outdated and other options we did not find

Forssa is a small city.
Forssa is a small city. I enjoyed hearing about it’s history of textile and politics. I found people friendlier to what I am used to in Finland. You have to ha a plan if you want to stay longer than a day. I had 2 days and second day couldn’t fins anything else to do. One day was enough to visit all museums and do the whole sightseeing of the city.
My far favourite part was the textile museum. I loved it.
Food wise it was so disappointing. I found the most recommended restaurant to be very disappointing. But there are few nice cafes.
Getting around was easy as it was such a small place.
