This hotel is a gem, fabulous building and lovely facilities. The pool was a highlight. The location was great and the rooms provided were excellent for our family.

This lovely little hotel is very eco conscious. Very close to everything in Zara, comfortable, well thought out rooms. Great breakfast. Above all extremely friendly couple who own and run the hotel could not have been more kind and generous with their time when we arrived in need of medical assistance. Highly recommend Casa Luna, will stay again.

The reception staff were really helpful and let us park our bikes inside the hotel
Located in the centre of Zafra, next to Plaza de España Square and within walking distance of Plazas Porticadas Square, Hotel Victoria features air-conditioned room and free Wi-Fi throughout.
It is a beautiful location in a lovely town. Because it is an historic building there are some inconveniences but the ambiance and historic surroundings make it worth being a bit flexible. The staff were lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Having just been in the Costa Del Sol where the experience is so impacted by over development it was refreshing to be in an authentic Spanish community.

Very friendly town with a huge range of small to medium-sized shops and services. The old town is charming and very pretty. Good bus links to Seville and Mérida. Plenty of county paths in any direction out of town.

Zafra is charming. It's hotels are not.
Zafra is charming. It's hotels are not. Someone in the City PR department needs to shake up the hoteliers. I pass through twice a year going south, then north. I try a different hotel each time, I have not found one to return to in five years. They are complacent, not interested in their customers. Sad. If someone knows of a small treasure I would love to hear of it.

As when we came to Zahra before, loved the two adjoining squares and the old town. There is also a very good parador in the impressive castle where we have stayed in the past, but just went into for a drink and a snack this time.

The town is very easy to get around, its compact and offers good shopping, restaurants and tapas bars.
The tapas restaurant, La Tarama, just off the Parador square is fabulous. The owner,Manuel is so proud of his area and very knowledgeable on the production of ham, the farming of the forests and of the local environment. His food is delicious too. Next door is a restaurant holding a Michelin red bib which is also good.
The info from Manuel makes for a wonderful day out in the surrounding countryside and villages. His recommendations for restaurants in the villages, museums and sights are great.

The main squares are really beautiful. Lovely architecture.
The main squares are really beautiful. Lovely architecture. There are some great restaurants with wonderful local food and reasonable prices. You can walk everywhere, but if you want to go alittle further there are some grat historic sites not too far away.
The location was second to none and what a gorgeous town Zafra is!! I booked this hotel last minute as I was en route to the ferry at Huelva. I didn’t want to drive any longer after travelling from France, as the temperature of 43.5 degrees was too much. So I searched for a place en route, 2 hours from the ferry. And it was perfect for a one or two night stay! Clean, comfortable and excellent value. I would recommend.

Sandra is the best. Wonderful nutritious dinner and nice bkfst in the am and very welcoming to peregrinos.
I was one of two pilgrims and I felt like I was treated as if the albergue was full. Stayed Feb. 5, more than enough blankets for a good sleep.
Zafra has many interesting things to see. Glad I experienced this hospitality.
The front desk man at the grand hotel where u picked up keys was extremely helpful. The apartment was on 2nd floor but had a perfect ground floor to put our bikes inside. The apartment was huge. Everything you wanted to make a meal. Two minutes to the square and about 10 mins to a big grocery.
The hotel was clean and quaint, located in downtown Zafra. The location offered perfect views of the processions for Holy Week. Isidoro, was amazing and attentive and there for anything we might need, from directions to letting us know the processions started to fixing the morning coffee
Everything worked--including the heat. Hot water was fast. It was clean and quiet. It is not luxurious, but for the price, it is hard to beat. There was free on-street parking in front of the hotel. It was easy to walk everywhere in town from the hotel.
Casa Ernestina is beautifully decorated. Cozy atmosphere and delicious breakfast. The receptionist gave us great recommendations regarding nearby restaurants for dinner. We also loved Zafra, its narrow streets, white facades, and friendly people.
Brilliant location in a very interesting small city. Good car parking facilities on site. The building itself is a historical structure that has been very sensitively been transformed into a nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hosts Marga and Manuel were very hospitable. They helped us with our luggage and we had a wonderful breakfast that they prepared for us. If passing through Zafra we would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is in a beautiful building and there is always a very warm welcome from our hosts. Great breakfast included in the price. We have been coming here every year pretty well for 11 years.
The hotel had alot of potential but they have stopped maintaining it for years. There is a big wedding hall and alot of outdoor space. Location is just 5mins from Zafra. Looks nice but...
Lovely hotel all round. Artistic touches everywhere, super clean, very well equipped and a very full breakfast provided in a beautiful courtyard - about as good as you can get!
As advertised, the hotel is old. The bedroom was small but we enjoyed our one night there. The restaurant was really good and the waitress was helpful and friendly.
