Fernando, the host, was marvellous. Very friendly and very helpful. The honesty bar was great. The dining arrangements with the local restaurant was a good idea. The breakfast was superb!

This was an excellent choice to overnight at before heading to Bilbao for the morning ferry. It’s basic but at the price it was a real bargain. It's looking a bit tired, but the people couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. We also had a meal there that was very cheap, and the breakfast had an excellent selection. Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of parking at the front.

In the province of Burgos, this hotel has theatrical decor and enjoys a location in a quiet village beside a river. The building once housed a Spanish Indiano family from the early 20th century.

Big, clean and very quiet. The owner did leave me a breakfast out as I left early in the morning. There are two bars down the road as an alternative to eat.
