difficult to review . I was staying there for a family funeral. location good . there was no one at reception on arrival . had to find a man from restaurant to come to reception . he took copy of my passport and took me to the room 209. he demonstrated the pass key , electricals and water , he did not speak English and I didnt speak Spanish. I never saw another guest or member of staff after that. a maid must have changed the bedding and bathroom towels but I never saw anyone.the room was very clean and modern with tv ,fridge and air con. bathroom modern but no hot water after my arrival day. no one to report it to and I was happy with cold shower/wash .

A quite old hotel for this area, well kept, with good facilities. The reception area and elevators are impressive. Unlike many hotels these days it was very well staffed with great service. Wonderful apartment in a good location would definitely stay again. The top deck was outstanding, and the jacuzzi just made my grandsons stay complete.
