The staff were excellent, I don't know but suspect it's a family run business.
We were met by a lovely lady, I'm not sure if she spoke English but we managed anyway and had a very nice chat.
I booked a room with two single beds as that's all they had left, however they contacted us before we arrived and offered a double bed.
The food here is traditional to the area very well cooked and good quality.
They have a set menu that starts at 12€ for three courses. But we choose to eat off the main menu.
The waitress does speak English.

Very relaxed vibe which the interior public spaces reflected. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The pool area was maintained well with good facilities. The outlook and scenery over the olive groves to the mountains was stunning.

Cortijo Sabila is more than a hotel, it is an experience you don't want to miss. Owner Yvonne is a true lady who is hospitality peronified. There is an aura of peace and tranquility that surrounds the estate, and you really do not want to leave. The rooms are wonderfully designed, well-equipped and very tidy. The meals are truly well made; uncomplicated but with refined flavours. Try the lamb shoulder braised in garlic & herbs; a culinary dream.

We have been there one week ago and we enjoyed everything.
This hotel even exceed our high expectations: beautiful location with an incredible view, the staff is very friendly and professional, excellent service, really well maintained and clean rooms, elegant architecture and decoration outside and inside. Food served is fresh, tasty and of excellent quality. Breakfast is amazing and dinner as well.

Nice pool beds and parasols. The house is pretty. Our host really went all out to ensure guests were taken care of. Dinner was very nice and lovingly prepared by Yvonne our host. What I always like is the personal connection you get with smaller places. So things might not always be perfect like it is at big hotels, but the personal connection with the place (owner and ofcourse the dogs:) make it feel warm and human.
The most beautiful and romantic hotel we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved this place and really did not want to leave. Yvonne and her team are wonderful hosts. The food is exquisite and made with love. The room was perfect. Do not hesitate to book this hotel if you want somewhere relaxing and special!
After having spent a few days in busy Malaga, this place feels quiet and peaceful. The location in between olive trees in a hilly landscape is really beautiful. The architecture and interior design of this hotel are outstanding.
The property was 38 minutes away from Malaga, so perfect to be away from the busy, touristic city but great to go to for dinner and shopping. We enjoyed the adults only hotel with a great swimming pool with a marvelous view.
