I only liked the communication of one staff member on the reception-Marta was very nice, always smiling, she gave us a lot of information about the area, where we could find hospital and pharmacy when our daughter and myself got ill.Also the staff by the breakfast were very nice, not the buffet though.

Both our room and our friends room were stinking of...
Both our room and our friends room were stinking of cigarette smoke which we hit us as soon as we opened the door. They did come and spray when we complained but didnt offer another room. Also there was no restaurant and bar as advertised by bookings,.com only room service. We did not like the Erotica Catalogue in our rooms.
Rooms are quite grubby when you look closely........but bed was comfortable, that was one good point.
