The most magical special place I have stayed on the entire Camino de Santiago. The history and the beautiful garden are magical. It is right on the Camino. Juan is the most hospitable host and I'm so grateful that he shares his home with travelers during the summer. Thank you for a beautiful time. I will return!

The place is clean, food is excellent, and the staff is superb. The place is a bit out of the main city so not much to do unless you drive to the city, about 10-15 minutes drive. At the same time, that’s good because it is very quite and peaceful. Will come back for sure.

The staff at this hotel have been friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed here. Check in was easy. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable! Bathrooms have bidets and a full range of toiletries is available on demand. There is underground parking available with an elevator to the lobby. Directions to the hotel are signed on the main road into Astorga so its easy to find. Location on the main plaza is fun and lively during the day and quietens down at night.
