Friendly staff at the reception. Fair price. Paid locked underground parking. Our room was clean, big enough and not noisy. Close to AVE Station, but a bit far away from center.

The size of the room, also had a fridge freezer and microwave.
Our room was white and fresh looking…the mattress was extremely comfortable, possibly a memory foam one? The rainforest shower was amazing, so lovely after a lovely drive…we didn’t sample the good unfortunately, as we arrived late, left early…plenty of parking, outside space for snacks & drinks…excellent for a budget style hotel ⭐️
Dog friendly too…
Air con was good, room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly , breakfast was good and if you wanted to eat tapas or an evening meal it was available. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked really good. There was also a pet exercise area attached to the hotel
Lovely staff. Good overnight stop to break up long journey. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel on busy road, which we knew when we booked, but two double glazed windows plus blackout shutters, in the room so slept very well.
Stayed for one night on route to Bilbao ferry. Easy to find hotel.
