The best hotel we've stayed at in Spain! Where do I even begin - the convenient location, the high end decorations, the comfy bed, the warmest staff, and the delicious and generous breakfast.
Both my husband and I don't understand how it is a 2-star hotel. It's better than the 4-star one we stayed in Madrid. Would definitely return if we're in Bilbao again.

This hotel is superb - based on value for money, comfort and location. The hotel is ideally located on the edge of old town, close to lots of shopping and dining, and with easy connections to the metro and tram minutes away. It is a lovely 20 min. walk along the river to the Guggenheim. The front desk staff were exceptional - friendly, informative and helpful with dining and sightseeing recommendations.

I’m on the Camino del Norte. This property was a bit of the Camino with a short steep hill to get to it. The room was terrific. The woman running the place treated all of us staying there as family. Was able to get a beer in the afternoon and enjoyed sitting out in the garden. She made us dinner and breakfast at whatever time we requested. Just an overall great experience. I traveled alone, but a number of others I have met on the Camino stayed there, this is why I spoke in plural.
