Hotel Escuela Madrid is set 25 minutes’ drive outside central Madrid, close to the M40 Motorway and just 2.5 mi from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. It has a café and free Wi-Fi.

I gave it rating 10/10 for one reason that the bathroom has the bidet, can't imagine how I was happy when I found it, as this is the first time I find it in a hotel in Europe.

Very clean and modern hotel
This hotel is located in San Sebastian de los Reyes, just 12 mi from the center of Madrid. There is free Wi-Fi in rooms. The Globales Hotel de los Reyes has a private car park.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. The hotel was very accommodating and supported me in having a work-related meeting providing lovely coffees throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
This is an absolutely great place to stay if you want to stay close to Madrid but want a quiet and nice place to rest as well. This hotel is walking distance from the train station and in front of a bus stop that will take you to Madrid in less than half an hour. It is a very cozy hotel, with nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff, really close to multiple dining options and a beautiful central park in Tres Cantos. Plus a lovely breakfast in the morning, definetly recommended.

While judging the location is usually subjective as it is highly circumstantial, for me it was perfect, as it is located close to the motorway to Alcobendas and greater Madrid area.
There also is a train station and the Tres Cantos city center near by, so an overall pretty decent and convenient location outside of the Madrid metropolitan area.
Tres Cantos is a very comfortable town north of Madrid, 15 min drive away. The town has plenty of public spaces, many play grounds for kids, rich in dining spots. It looks like IT hub, with many companies, campuses and young population. The hotel has free parking, the place around is safe. It is ran down a bit and requires a new breathing, but overall there are no major flaws and the best it can offer - value for its money.

Also, I liked the village of Tres Cantos on a Friday night. There's a nice bar right across the hotel, in the park. On Saturday, we were able to go to the center of Madrid in just 30 minutes by train.
Very convenient for our journey and Tres Cantos turned out to be very close and a nice place with a great atmosphere just after the Christmas / New Year holiday. The parking arrangement was excellent. The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast overall was as expected.
The breakfast was very good with a good selection of items. I liked the location of the hotel which is right next to the train station from where Madrid can be reached within 20 minutes. The location was quiet but close to the center of Tres Cantos.
The room and the bathroom are very spacious and were very clean. We stay for three nights and the room was clean every time we return. The sage box worked perfectly and we were very confortable. The hotel is quiet and we had a great rest nights.
Though it is an older hotel, they have maintained it well. Clean, great pillows and comfy beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. I use this hotel regularly for friends and coworkers who come to town.

I’m doing the Camino de Madrid and this hotel was not far off the route. Large comfortable room. Allowed me to check in a little early. And good value breakfast.
