Excellent room, huge with two terraces facing the sea and incredible views. The security and cleanliness is very good. Breakfast delicious, with lots of variety. The staff is out of this world very friendly, the first night we had a lot of noise due to repairs in the room next door and when we told the reception they solved it immediately the next day and even gave us a champagne for passing this inconvenience.

Great spacious rooms. There was a big TV and a fridge which all hotels should have. Also, the beds were really comfortable and the pillows and the number of pillows provided are the best I’ve ever come across while travelling. Got some very good rest. The staff were also incredible and very friendly. We got there early, and were able to check in early. But also, when we were leaving our flight was late in the evening, and the staff at reception were really kind to keep our suitcases behind reception while we spent a few more hours at the beach. Lastly, the shuttle from and to the airport came in really handy.

We received an upgrade and the room was fantastic. The whole Hacienda is lovely to wander. It is a very peaceful setting.The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The restaurant is beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

I was always a client of this hotel but I am shocked during my stay this time , I have extended my stay for 8 days because I have lost my rings that my husband offert to me ,on the table of the bathroom directly after cleaning services and I immediately noticed it and I go to the reception to help me and search with me but they was not helpful I come every day to the reception maybe the cleaning service didn’t see it and take it with towels I was waiting every day maybe they find it but nothing and they did not give it a important note at less sorry of this inconvenient be very careful about your things in this hotel
