What a wonderful find and beautiful region. The family that own the hotel could not have been friendlier or more accommodating from the moment we arrived, Annafel greeted us and showed us to our room, which was in the adjoining annex. It was a lovely spacious suite with a rustic character and a large leather sofa. Steps led down to a sumptuous bathroom in the cellar, complete with a sauna and spa bath. As we arrived at the end of the season and were the only guests on the first night, the restaurant was closed but reopened for the following two nights, when more guests arrived. The food was regional and very well prepared, as was the breakfast that offered an excellent selection. A special mention has to be made of Antonio, hotel manger & son of the owners, he was so friendly, helpful and fluent in many languages, he give us advice on what to do in the area and arranged dinner for us on the first evening at a local bar. The only slight disappointment and one we should have checked being out of season and current regulations imposed due the drought, was that the spa was only available by pre-booking and took a few hours to prepare, so we did not manage to use it but it looked fabulous!

The location was good, a little farther away from Torla than I expected but fine all the same. The flat itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed and it was so easy to get the keys, everyone on booking should do that

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location, with splendid views of the village and the mountains.
The room was compact, but well equipped and very well kept.
Dinner and breakfast were excellent- straightforward, well cooked and presented.
The bar was comfortable and well stocked.
Check in and out were pain-free thanks to staff with good English and an even better attitude.
Parking outside the hotel was fine and free.
The hotel was well-located as it was close to the ski resort. We had our own car, so it was the perfect distance for us. The hotel is situated in a small mountain village, which is very scenic. It also has a restaurant and is well-designed with amazing views of the mountains from both the restaurant and our hotel room. The hotel was a very good alternative to the more expensive apartments and other hotels around.
Hotel Privilegio, is without a doubt the best hotel in this region. I wouldn't call it a hotel, this oasis was the highlight of our holiday. Located in a quaint village with ample restaurants, El Privilegio is the centrepiece, made all the better by its charming family of staff, who will go above and beyond to make your stay one of a kind.
The hotel is located in the most picturesque village high up in the mountains. The service was impeccable and we enjoyed the breakfast which was included. The hotel room was charming and part of a converted church. The restaurant recommendation was excellent and organIsed for us by a charming man in the front desk.
Wonderful family hotel set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. excellent host. Small room but comfortable with everything we needed.
The town clock doesn’t go all night which made for a very good nights sleep.
