Staff on check in were very helpful, speaking English as well as Spanish, of course. The food was better than we expected, and the lady in the restaurant was clearly overworked, but she maintained a cheerful attitude which we appreciated very much.
The room was huge - much bigger than we expected for the price we paid. And clean, which was important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, nice room with super helpful and kind stuff. They arranged a car for me last minute, let me check out very late, arranged late dinner and could use the spa the whole day when checking out. Food was amazing as well. Very pleasant stay.
Most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. And that's a long list. Everything was perfect! Lovely staff, attention for details (there was even a pillow menu).
Could even practice some golf although I didn't have time to walk 9 or 18 holes.
