We had a last minute booking and very late check in but the host was very nice to accommodate us late at night. The room was adequate for the discounted price we received. The bathroom was very clean and very comfortable to use.

Can't really say too much about the town as there was torrential rain for most of the evening we were there.
It certainly didn't appear to cater for tourists but the people we did meet were friendly and welcoming.
Most was good . The Hotel staff. Were helpful. But the Health spa . One girl on the reception desk ,was Rude to me ,after I said I was English And did not understand what she was saying.
The hotel was beautiful, tucked away in an older part of Viernoles. It was really peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The lady running the hotel was so helpful and friendly.
