We stayed here rather than in Madrid as we had an early morning flight the next day It's named as an airport hotel but a taxi to the airport costs 30 euros even though it is only a 15 min drive, the same cost as taking a taxi from much further. So unless saving 15 min is really your goal, it's not really a great airport choice. Was a bit of a walk from the Torrejon train station as well with bags in tow.

located in an isolated area where we have to rely on taxi or uber for going any where or near ,for taking food also.
its in an industrial area and no airport shuttle is provided , we have to spend another 40 euros for reaching the hotel and going places again other spends,
with that cost better to stay in good hotel chains.

Big comfortable room, it was so nice to relax in, and the bath was such a bonus, after a 30 hour trip. I was just overnighting before a onward flight, but I had a great sleep, and felt very safe there. Everything was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful all the time. Very nice! The room and bath very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The airport is not that close but the hotel has a shuttle service. Very good environment and safe to walk around.

After game we was unable to get transport back to the hotel after 3 hours of trying and now totally lost we called the hotel and asked if they could help, they came straight out in their minibus found us and brought us back to hotel.... amazing and thank you

The location of the hotel was great, right next to a pedestrian street with lots of shops, restaurants and bars, leading to the main square. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and plenty bi for two people. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, no hot food but a good variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries. The area around was quite busy and bustling but we didn't have any problems sleeping.
Place was safe, comfortable, decent wifi, daily room cleaning if you required, 5 minute walk to the train station. Madrid is getting pricey to find a hotel, if you don’t mind travelling the 20-30 minutes on train / subway lines into downtown then a good option. lots of pretty good coffee shops and restaurants close by.
Super clean property. The room, hallways and lobby smelled amazing. Staff was really good. it is close to Madrid Barajas Airport around 15-20 minutes in car/taxi. We did check in super late at around 11:30 PM and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast is also pretty good for the price which is a buffet breakfast.
When you arrive to a hotel and from day one its staff treat you like a VIP, you know that you booked the right hotel. Congratulations to Seas, Naomi, Soco and the rest of the restaurant staff. Special thanks to the receptions and my best to the housekeeping folks who made sure the room was always immaculate.
The ambiance, design, staff, room it was beautiful and amazing. The room was comfortable and walking through the house, I felt transported to the past. I loved this hotel and although, due to covid, the breakfast buffet was unavailable the staff did left food and drinks in the little room refrigerators.
A convenient hotel for the airport being an easy 15 minute drive away. Hotel has a café/bar and a breakfast buffet, breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. Cafe food was reasonably priced and good.
Parking on site available but we parked around the corner on the street with no issues.
The location of the hotel was good for me: near the motorway and about half-way on my journey from France to Andalucia. The room was comfortable, modern and clean, with a good bathroom. Check-in was fast and efficient and I was able to leave my car in the garage below the hotel.
Spotlessly clean, Early morning flight and airport hotels expensive. This is a great option, Bus 824 from outside terminal takes you almost to the door. Small clean inexpensive room with a few bars and places to eat around, No frills. Perfect
This hotel has the nicest & most helpful staff of any hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in! The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the train. The bed was very comfortable, the room was big, and the shower had great water pressure.
