This on first impressions was a stunningly stylish renovation, providing wonderful ground floor public spaces. Closer inspection showed some serious fraying at the edges, as though the level of supervision had fallen off. The 2 staff members worked hard to satisfy requirements, but overall the place falls well short of the stars it receives. A sad sight seeing the heavy investment and clever design that has gone into the place initially.
