The hotel totally exceeded our expectations, the staff was exceptional and he made sure we had everything we needed.The room was so nice, especially to be in such a small town, we were surprised by the jacuzzi. Definitely recommend!

I liked the view the most. It was great being able to see the cathedral and walls from our room and balcony.
Breakfast was very good (despite the fact that we unexpectedly arrived at the breakfast room in the midst of about 30 senior citizens who'd just shown up for a spa day and, apparently, breakfast - the young women who ran it did an amazing job).
Nice to be able to walk so easily into the old town.
Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma occupies a Renaissance building that was formerly a university. It has a luxurious spa and there is free WiFi in all rooms.

Perfect hotel. We went to the Rioja wineries during the day and then spent leisure time in the thermal circuit in the hotel's spa. At night we took a stroll at the old town. The location is perfect, an the building is beautiful. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
