Friendly and welcoming staff. Early entry to room for a GR11 hiker on a very wet day. The manager kindly arranged a shared taxi for hikers who needed shopping as the local shop was closed for the season. Great service.

Monser was very knowledgeable about the hike and conditions on Pica d´Estats. Her information were indispensable for our hike. I would love to come back and visit. The staff were also very helpful and patient with our limited Spanish knowledge.

High up in the mountains we decided to book bed, breakfast and evening meal. We were out of season for skiing so there weren't many other guests. Nevertheless, the food was excellent with plenty of choices offered. We had a little trouble with the language at first but a young lady arrived who spoke good English and she remained available throughout our stay. We were evening offered use of a garage for our motorbikes.
the hotel was lovely , a family run business . the staff and owners were delightful. we felt welcome and at home . Tavascan is gorgeous, I’d certainly stay there again
Good location to explore Tavascan and the many trails. Good value: the half pension was comparable to many refuges in Catalonia except here you get a private room.
The hotel was clean and cosy. The owner was there most days and very helpful. The restaurant staff were also very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
What a wonderful place to stay! The owners are incredibly accommodating and helpful. The food is excellent and far outshines anything else on offer in Tavascan.
