Old phrase says "There is no place like a home" .. But to be honest this one is like a home!! We fell there like at home. Apartment is stuning there is everything you need and more.. It was just a superb. Great kitchen with equipment, cozy rooms, best balcony ever I seen, super clean and nice. Maria and her family is just fabuluous, they helped us with everything we need and much more. We wish to go this wonderful place again. Parking place in garage, so its good to have a car. We spent most time at playa Las Teresitas which is the best one in Tenerife for us.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English. Parked in reserved space under the hotel. Room was very clean and air conditioned. Lovely outside terrace next to the bar.

Lovely room equipped with all you need, kettle, fridge, microwave. Cozy hotel and perfect location to start your bike journey on El Teide. The owner Miguel provided early check-in and upgraded our room without any additional price as we needed to store our bike inside, he's friendly and very nice person. We had a lovely conversation with him and he gave a lots of recommendations and information regarding the Island and in general. Highly recommend.

Finding the Hotel and car park was very difficult

The room was very cozy, and we had a nice view from the balcony. Also, it was easy to find a free of charge parking spot nearby. The best thing was that when we told to the manager (or the owner, probably) that we need to check out at 5 am due to the early flight, he prepared us a breakfast for the morning (sandwiches, yogurts and fruit) which was a nice surprise as we thought we’re going to miss the breakfast despite it’s included in the price. We’re very happy with this experience, it was definitely the right choice!

The situation was good for exploring the area. We have stayed before in a different apartment of Nava suits and enjoyed it equally. Would recommend it.

I like the location with many shopping centers near by. The outside looking elevator, the room was very spacious and a nice view of the city. There is city transportation outside the hotel and the bus station is a couple of minutes walk, good if you want to visit beautiful Puerto de la Cruz or even go to Mount Teide, highest point in Spain.
