Communication was very good prior to booking. Our flight was arriving relatively late, and they planned with us in case we were delayed for a key safe pick up.
Everything proceeded smoothly, and lovely Tania greeted us and showed us to our room.
Breakfast was very impressive - out on the beautiful terrace, wide range of choices. Eggs made to order, as well as a (largely local) fruit/ vegetables/ cheeses/ meats/ yoghurt/ olive oil/ coffee/ tea, and a fresh glass of orange juice every day.
We had a beautiful, clean room with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever had. There is air conditioning, a fan, a fridge, water and toiletries supplied in each room. There was plenty of hanging space.
Location is excellent for exploring much of Mallorca. The car park is large and secure, buses run nearby but are a little sporadic.
There is food available on the terrace in the evening, which was excellent quality.
Everyone was really lovely and service was excellent.
