Very modern, nice to chill in the lobby, drinking water, candies, books to read, albums to browse. Rooms quite spacious, nice bathroom, coffee machine, AC could be regulated in the room. Beds quite comfy. One of the staff was very accommodating - the girl with long, dark hair. She was very helpful.

Princesa Plaza is situated in the west of Madrid, in the Argüelles District. Some of the elegant rooms at the hotel feature a large reproduction of a famous painting from the Museo del Prado.

Prime location with good size rooms, although the whole building is under construction, we managed to get in/out from the only and available side entrance. Both concierge staff are polite and attentive, female receptionist are okay, one male receptionist are rude to guests, we avoided dealing with, very shrewd and rude in answering, the other night guy is cool but I believe he doesn’t speak much or don’t speak English🤣!! Breakfast area is off/ a room that was turned into breakfast area (construction work/understood) access to hotel through the side entrance is not correct. Although rooms were good size and clean.

The staff were lovely and friendly, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room for not very much. The terrace and view at the top of he building were fabulous and the view was wonderful. Lots of great design touches, especillay the living garden wall. Perfect location.

NH Madrid Nacional is set in Madrid’s famous Art Triangle, 150 metres from Atocha AVE Train Station. Set in a historic building with original features, it overlooks the Botanical Gardens.
