After long hikind day, it was like coming home at Cal Picarol. Ms. Isabel made sure we really felt like at home. There was hot shower, comfortable bed and homemade delicious dinner. All was perfect. We even got great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

This is a unique and wonderful property and we felt happy to have the opportunity to stay here. It is in a wonderful location with tremendous views over the valley and lake. It is decorated to a very high standard and is spotlessly new and modern but with some wonderful home touches to the decore in keeping with the age and unique style of the property. We were met by the owners father who (despite limited English and our limited Spanish) was very friendly and happy to communicate. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay and great value for money

There was nothing to dislike and the hotel is definitely the best we have ever stayed in in Spain. Excellent quality for money. Quality room, evening meal, superb location and the staff were brilliant. We shall definitely be returning!
This hotel has everything that makes a perfect stop for us.
Garage parking for our motorcycle ( free! ), a swimming pool still open in late September, food served all day, an extensive breakfast buffet with cooked food and a clean, comfortable room with outside space.
The staff were great and provided maps of the area including specific motorcycle routes. We will definitely stay here again when we have more time to explore the area. Fabulous!
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere right next to a lake with fantastic views. It was very busy when we arrived, not realising it was a Spanish bank holiday so the poolside was quite busy too. We had a very good evening meal and breakfast, both with lots of choice from the self service. It is very good value for money. The room was comfortable with a small balcony over looking the pool and a mountain view.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent pool which was really good when it got hot. Views from the pool and lounge area are great. Good value food and drink. We went for the half board which was a buffet style. It was very good but lacked a bit of finesse. Good breakfast.

The reception staff very efficient and the small man waiting tables and serving the buffet was extremely helpful pleasant and a credit to the hotel. The waiting staff in the select restaurant were generally poor though.
The views from the hotel are stunning and it's perfectly located to explore the area of Montsec. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and provided good service. The bathroom was lovely and modern.
Room was really nice, big, comfortable, great bathroom and excellent view. The hotel and room was pretty clean and staff was very nice and amicable during our stay. Great bed!
