The property manager was easy to reach through WhatsApp and was responsive. He helped when needed, making our check-in and check-out very smooth, allowing us to check-in at 13:00 instead of 16:00.
The house was clean and supplied with everything for a comfortable stay for 6 people during 1 week - from dishes in the kitchen to a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a garage for 1 car in the house where we also found a beach umbrella and chair, which was very useful.
The location of the house is perfect - about a 10-minute walk to Cala Gran and Cala Petita beaches and also within walking distance to big Eroski supermarket. Needless to say, you shouldn't stay in the same location all the time but should take a car and drive around dozens of amazing bays, such as Cala Mondrago, Cala Llombards, and others.

Beautiful villa, everything as per the description. Enough parking space for 2 SUVs. The key has a remote to slide open the main iron door for car entry, very helpful when coming back. AC works with coins, three bedrooms and each bedroom has AC as well as the living room. For three rooms and the living rooms ACs, together, around 5-6 euros are sufficient for a night. Two bathrooms with shower and WC, one of the bathrooms is attached to a bedroom. The roof has a good place to sit, as well as a long table next to the hall for an outside evening dinner.
This place exceeded my expectations.

This villa is beautiful from the traditional inside to the stunning exterior and pool. It was clean and well maintained and we spent a very relaxing 2 weeks here. There is plenty of shade and the pool is perfect for cooling off in.
The extra shower area by the bbq area was useful with two teenagers, as was the shower by the pool.
The location is great for the beautiful Cala Mondrago beach, there were parasols available to take here, or the restaurants in nearby Portopetro, where there is a Spar for essentials. There is a larger Lidl supermarket in Santanyi about 15 minutes drive. The local market at Santanyi was lovely too for beach ware and tapas restaurants.

The House is classic stylish with marocc influence since a part of the Owners family lived in Marocco.
Otherwise the pool is a real flash ( huge and lots of daybeds). Also the restaurants are in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in the Finca and we will be back.

The lovely, charming town of Santanyi was exactly what we imagined it to be. Charming, old town, serene, peaceful place. The town looked like a movie set. They have a great farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I had such a beautiful stay here, everything was perfect! I wish the weather was warm enough to have a swim in the pool, but travelling in November meant that it was too cold for this. The apartment was really big, with such a comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything needed, including coffee pods. I loved the rustic decorations and the quietness of the place. The views from the garden, all the way to the sea, were amazing. I would love to return here next time I come to Mallorca.
The house is lovely, so much outdoor space and really well thought out. It felt like home, we just settled in so quickly. The jacuzzi was fabulous we used that a lot and I loved having an outdoor shower (there are 2 on the property). The property is only a 10 min walk to the beach or there is free parking at Cala Santanyi (as long as you are early enough). The kitchen was really well equipped and we had a lovely welcome basket.
Very large, spacious villa. We had a lovely family holiday in the heart of Cala d'or. Excellent location close to the harbour with a vast array of excellent restaurants. Pretty beaches just a short walk away. Lovely private pool with plenty of chairs and excellent outdoor space for relaxation. Villa is ideal for a large group or family and the children loved it.

Less than 5 minute walk to free parking which was never a problem. Clean, comfortable and pretty, the house had everything we wanted. Great communication from the host and the friendly neighbour/housekeeper. We enjoyed a great week here.
Absolutely loved our stay at Can Ferrereta. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were excellent, the pool was amazing. The town that the hotel is located in (Santanyi) is really wonderful - they have a bustling market on Wednesday & Saturdays and plenty of great restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.
The villa was very well located in Santanyi with great access to shops and restaurants. Good accommodation and very clean. Loved the pool and outside area. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout. We loved the beach at Cala Llombards (about a 15 min drive) but get there early for a sunbed!
Amazing staff, awesome location with the greatest beaches in close vicinity (15 minutes by car), incredibly delicious breakfasts (I’ve never eaten anything so good before in the hotels).

Absolute sanctuary in the heart of Santanyi. The property and grounds alone take your breath away and provide this overwhelming sense of calm. The room was oversized and cozy at the same time. The staff was magnificent and the breakfast was beyond expectation. Healthy, holistic, just right.
The hotel´s in an excellent location, with nearby restaurants and stores. It´s perfect for relaxing, a cosy, good-sized bedroom, and very clean. The room has an air conditioner ideal for the hot weather, and the shower is good. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

This is a lovely Villa for a large group. The outside area is lovely and the heated pool is a bonus. There are some very good restaurants within meters which is great. There is a beautiful beach about 30 minutes walk in Cala Santanyi

great property, host went above and beyond to cater to every need my girlfriend and I had. small feel to it so it almost felt like it was our own hotel! loved everything about it, would stay again if we returned.

The rooms and the breakfast were very good as were the facilities generally. It is a fantastic location for shops and restuarants but note that it is hard to park close to the hotel on market days
The hotel is alluring , stylish art wise. They have a cool art collection which is presented in a moody, hip stylistic way. Has a sense of an art gallery, all in natural tones. Evokes romance.
