I loved Everything...the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, good food, lovely room and appliances, clean environment, lovely staff, close to the train station and beach. It was a good good stay.

Beautiful place to stay, lots of hotels, shops & places to eat. Clean and tidy. Lots of green areas & children play area. Situated on the beach. I felt very safe during my stay there.
Surprised it's not promoted more as a tourist resort. Close to Girona Airport.
Good transport network- train, buses & taxi. But to be honest we walked everywhere.
Would definitely recommend it as a place to holiday.

We had booked a room for 2 people, but there were 3 beds in the room. There was no room for maneuver. The hotel had a bad smell all the time. In the morning we were woken up by the cleaner around 9:30, although we told the reception not to disturb us. The location of the hotel was very good.

More quiet than Malgrat de Mar or Lloret de Mar, perfect for family vacation. Not so crowded. Easily reachible by train or bus from Barcelona.
Although if you want to travel around (Blanes, Girona, Lloret, Tossa etc), it is easier to do it by rental car or taxi, then by using public transport.
The beach and the sea are the main attractions in Santa-Susanna, together with relaxing and carefree atmosphere.

Nice touristic town with a lot of cafes, bars and shops. Nice promenade to walk in evenings. There is a train station to Barcelona, easy access to train. Sand beaches are good. Clothes market every Tuesday.

A great place to relax for active people.
A great place to relax for active people. It borders on Malgrat de Mar, and the other way is Calella. Line R1 takes us in 1h15" to the center of Barcelona. A typical tourist resort with many nice restaurants, pubs and clubs, two of which deserve special attention: Drunken Duck and Aloha. Good company is also important, and in this category it is really great - a lot of Dutch , Germans, French and a mix of cool people from all over the world!

Santa Susanna is the place for relaxation.
Santa Susanna is the place for relaxation. Its a place for old people not for young people. The hotels and streets were full of old people relaxing enjoying life. If you are young couple i would not recommend Santa Susanna you can stay in Lloret de Mar or Empuriyabrava or Roses.
This hotel is fabulous, from the minute you come thru the front door , the 2 ladies at reception so welcoming and friendly. The hotel oozes chicness, from furniture to wall art just so cool. The hotel staff were 5 star very efficent and super friendly. The room are large, comfy with an amazing balcony with a Seaview. We stayed all inclusive the food was tasty, lots of choice for all meals. Music in the bar a fee of the nights. The location is superb right on the beach and across the road to.the great shops.
As it was my birthday, we were upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. Also a bottle of cava was brought to the room which was a nice surprise!
The hotel itself is lovely and very clean throughout. We went with half board (breakfast & dinner) and was very happy with the value. Breakfast was standard but to a high quality. Our dinner on the second night was fantastic!
Cocktails were well priced and very strong which is always a plus :)
The first room the hotel gave us was small, the balcony faced several air conditioners that blew warm air from the kitchen, so the balcony was absolutely useless, since it was impossible to go out there. The hotel kindly changed the room, at no extra charge, to a larger one on the 4th floor. this room was already nice and comfortable. we liked the food, the chefs at the hotel are excellent cooks.
Such a beautiful resort hotel. Everything was so nice, the people, the room, the location. The breakfast was fantastic value with fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, you name it, it was on offer. We also enjoyed the buffet style dinner. And they even have a special room for bicycles with a full assortment of tools, air pump and bike stand for repairs.
The Mini Club team is just amazing, and it's free. My kids loved it and the team took care of them, entertained them during the day in the mini club and at night in the shows. For me, the best part of the camping. Also the free Wi-Fi, the swimming pools, the sea just 10 meters away... Really good experience
The all support given by the staff for the restaurant when fell ill, they supported me in the best way ,we been there last year and fell in love with the hotel been always looked after like they’re our family,since the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady they are all great and excellent human beings ❤️
Quality of food is truly outstanding. Best of the best we have had in Spain. People in the restaurant are very hospitable, very organised, very hardworking and efficient (10/10).

the room was very spacious and clean. the hotel had a private parking which felt safer to leave the car then on the street. the breakfast was good and at the early mornings had a good variety.

The view is the best, location is great, proximity to the train station, great pool. Room very comfortable and the balcony too. Will definitively stay here again.
