This is a lovely villa set in a rural location but within easy walking distance from the town of Santa Margalida. Good access to supermarkets and restaurants and a very good pizza takeaway. The villa is very private and surrounded by lemon/peach/grapefruit trees which we were able to pick from. There are lots of seating/dining areas ensuring you make the most of the sun. There were also turkeys and chickens and we collected eggs from them for breakfast every morning. The location of the villa allows easy travel to the lovely towns of Artà, Alcúdia and Pollença. All are well worth visiting if you have a car. We also had a day at the beach near to Can Picafort which was great and only 10 minutes away by car. The villa itself was very clean and spacious with a good selection of glasses, crockery and cooking utensils. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and playing table tennis.

We stayed at the property as a family of 4 for 10 nights. The property has lots of space, so it's perfect for a family. There is a grill, a large terrace, a few tables, both inside and outside, so you can spend your time both inside and outside. There are lounge chairs and animals that give character to the property. You won't have issues with the parking. The property is isolated, you won't have issues with the noise from the neighbours (even though there are houses nearby that play music in the evening). If the agency handling the property and the owners would be decent human beings, this property would be amazing.

Super hotel. Spotless everywhere, incredibly friendly staff who will help you anyway they can. Excellent location right beside all the restaurants and about 1 minute from the beach. Great food also served in the hotel. The pool area is super peaceful and once again spotless. Definitely recommend.

Santa Margalida is a very nice and quiet town. There are very nice cycling and running routes nearby, and the drive to the mountains for bigger rides is not very far. In a short walking distance from the property there are two small supermarkets (Spar and Bipbip) and a very nice little cafe, too. The coast is just a short drive/cycling distance. The property has two bathrooms, which is very comfortable. The entry room is big enough to put the bikes in. And the balcony is very nice!
Beautiful building, loved the high ceilings in the room and the decor, the courtyard around the pool is lovely. Most of all the host/manager was incredible. Genuine friendly service always smiling she really made the stay so much more enjoyable with her energy. Went out of her way to accommodate a late check out for me which I really appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, the town is pretty, quiet and not touristy which is exactly what I like.
The spacious house, the quiet town, the balcony with BBQ utilities. There is a washing machine with a dryer, they make it very convenient for keeping your clothes clean and fresh. There is a supermarket within 2 min of walking distance, the owners are also living close by in case you need support or help. There is a horse riding school and an aloe vera farm near by so the children can have a good time when you are not going to the beaches.
The house was great, really spacious and clean, and close to a lovely beach. The jacuzzi in the garden is a bonus. Maria the host was very friendly and checked we arrived ok and had everything we needed. We also found a number of drinks and snacks in the house when we arrived which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend staying in this property. Thank you again Maria, we enjoyed our holiday very much.
A very nice house with a great terrace for leisure and relaxing. The house was spacious and clean with all what was needed great beds and A/C. The pool was taken care of and clean. Location is good only a 15 min walk to Santa Margalida the nearest village. Hosts are super nice. We had a great vacation with our family and we can certainly recomend a stay at Alcudiola.
Very friendly and warm hotel staffs, check-in is hassle free with online check-in. Location wise is abit far away from the eastern and western coast of Mallorca. Might be a good idea to book this hotel if you plan to have excursions in the northern coast. Breakfast included with room booking. Parking available on the streets.
Very spacious Finca with an outdoor kitchen. Plenty of different places to relax. Close to the town Santa Margalida, where many "locals"/Spanish people stay. Joana and her Family are very nice. Also the washing machine was very useful during our stay, as we travelled light.
Nice finca experience, although you are very far from the sea you can see it from the pool. Also you can find fig trees in the large garden the air conditioning works and all windows have mosquito nets. Slept very well - an average of 10 hours in my first 4 days there.
The property was in a gorgeous and perfect location with lovely facilities at the villa (we were never bored). It was so spacious and beautiful. Margalida was wonderful, friendly and so helpful throughout. Thank you!
