Very well presented the apartment was exactly as described. The location is excellent and brilliant communication from the host who made everything exceptionally easy. I would have no hesitation and recommending and would certainly stay there again myself if the opportunity arises.!

I've waited some time now before writing this review because I was so angry about the stay here, I needed to calm down and not be too emotional about my review.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff on reception are nice, polite and helpful.

San Roque is a lovely little town, several family run bar/restaurants which serve great traditional Andalucian food, Try the croquetas de casa. A bazaar, petrol station and pharmacy all close together. Parking never a problem but if staying at this hostal, leave the car, walk 200m and you're there. Instant access to the A7, just down the road a huge Carrefour and Mercadona. Excellent for those wanting to day visit Gibraltar.
Overall just a brilliant stay! & will definitely be going back!
- Apartment was plenty spacious for the 3 of us plus all our golf gear
- Awesome outdoor terrace/balcony with BBQ looking out over the 5th hole on San Roque Old Course (I think it was the 5th!)
- Owner/host (Ciaran) & local agent (Pauline) couldn't do enough to help while we were there. Always a call or message away
- Underground parking really handy
- Great location for golfing in Sotogrande
Charming old house in the old center of San Roque, equipped with everything you need, also for a long stay.
A very convenient location for trips to Gibraltar or Ceuta and other interesting places nearby.
Very kind hosts, they helped us a lot with all kind of tips, they even checked the local weather forecast before our trip to Ceuta. Federico, thank you so much again.
Location itself was quite good, not too far from Gibraltar. Safe car park in front of hotel, with security cameras. Was quite quiet. Reception lady was very friendly, she could speak spanish, french and very little english. She offered couple rooms to choose from, really liked that.
Situated directly on the San roque golf course, location is 5 star. One can literally walk from the villa garden on to the club property. Very convenient for the golfers.
Private, intimate property. The hosts who live in villa maria were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
Very clean rooms! Awesome beds and shower. The staff was very kind! Breakfast was very good also. The casino at the hotel was fun! Lovely you can eat there as well. Nice pool, it's a shame we couldn't use it due to the bad weather.
Simple little hotel conveniently just off main road for overnight stop. Its basic and small rooms but we only wanted a bed for a night. The coffee bar opens in morning for breakfast
Very peaceful and picturesque location on the San roque club golf course. The hosts were available within normal working hours and also after hours to attend to any situation.
I left my engagement/marriage rings at the hotel and when we rushed back for them, they were at reception waiting for us to collect. Excellent, trustworthy customer service!!
