We're on the Camino del Norte and the walk goes right past so location 100%... When we arrived well before our check in time the receptionist didn't hesitate and got us our room straight away, no questions asked. Room was nice, bed comfy, no complaints!!!

A fabulous hotel in a wonderful town. We had a large top floor room which was extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptional, friendly and professional. The breakfast was large and superb, omelette, ham, toast, cheese, juice and coffee. The hotel is in a superb location and is full of character. The receptionist recommended the menu del dia at the nearby restaurant Trebede, which was excellent value and very tasty.

Las Casas de Isu has a garden and a terrace in Villaviciosa. The property is located 7.2 km from the city centre. All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV.

The host has really detailed instructions for how to get there and for what to see in the area, which are very handy because it's quite remote and you need to build your route smart in order to see the most of it. It was an interesting experience arriving to the accommodation and finding out that it's one street with only 3-4 houses and a dozen of cats on top of a mountain. We really enjoyed our breakfast and the clever selection of ham/cheese. The house is very authentic and we glad to have experienced that during our visit to Asturias.

Everything! It was tastefully decorated, clean and it had a very good, welcoming feel. I would like to add, for people who might have read a person comment who claimed to be “very scary” because they couldn’t lock the door from inside; that’s total nonsense, if you take a second to verify, you can see that once the door is closed, it automatically locks, so it cannot be opened from the outside; unless you have a key, of course. This place is wonderful and perfectly safe for a single woman. Thank you for the breakfast left outside the door! 👍🏻❤️
