The location was great (in the center of Ubeda but not too far from the free park outside the city), the room huge and quiet, the staff super nice and the breakfast delicious. We had a perfect stay !

Sabiote is a small quiet town. Has a quite impressive castle. Easy to walk around. Several bars and a small supermarket. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to really investigate the town. It is well located for visiting the nearby national parks and the cities of Ubeda, Baeza and Cazorla.
Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly, very nice comfortable rooms. Free street parking and you can park and drop your luggage. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. I highly recommend it and would return. Sabiote was a lovely village to explore.
This is by far our favorite place to visit in Spain. We love Sabiote and this hotel is one of our favorite to stay in. It is our second stay and the view is amazing. Close to fun places to walk to, or just enjoy the peacefulness of the room.
