The property was nice and modern and clean , my room had a good view that I paid for. However the reception staff all of them where rude and unhelpful, the worst service I’ve ever received while travelling. Ruined my staff to be honest!

Their is part of a hotel group and when we arrived we were actually accommodated in the Playa Blanca hotel next door, however all the accommodation is similar and the facilities (pool, bar, breakfast etc) are central and easily accessible from both sets of rooms. Clean, good maid service, very pleasant staff. Very good value for money, breakfast etc was all excellent.
Location perfect, just one street back from the seafront and beach so quieter than the hotels on the front.

The two swimming pools were amazing, ideal for a small budget trip! It was well located, we were able to go to all the east part pf the island by bus itself. We had amazing dinners over there with local food and international food as well. The staff were all very friendly and it was wonderful to hear a « hola » everywhere in the hotel.

Scruffy, dirty and unkempt area of majorca. The council need to spend some money on this area. No seating areas on the sea front. The beach is dirty. Lots of rundown properties and hotels around area. Would not recommend the area to anyone. Best areas to visit Cala Millor / Cala Bona and the beginning of Sa Coma where the large hotels are.

A very nice area, very good walking on the sea front as it has a good path right next to the beach so several Km. Very friendly shop keepers all looking for sales as the area was just opening up for the season. great stret restuarants and bars in the area, but not loud and crowded..

Boring and ugly village, maybe ideal for elder people if they only want to relax and they dont mind to be in a place with ugly buildings and nothing cultural to do. But if you rent a car you can be in nicer places in 20-30min

The food was ok, no stomach upsets. This is not a hotel i would want to stay all day at but good for base camp. But dont expect to chill out when you come back after a long day site seeing as the pool side entertainment will keep you awake past midnight even if your room is as far away from it as possible.

S'illot as a village is very grungy and tired and pretty dirty BUT the nature that you discover as you explore the coves is incredible! Gorgeous pools for snorkling and amazing views with incredible water
Wonderful apartment with a beautiful terrace including view on the sea and the sunset. It’s located in a quite area of S’Illot but in walking distance from the restaurants, bars, hotels and beaches in the area. The busstation is also in 5-10min walking distance to reach the surrounding cities and by car you get around the island very easily. Everything you need is in the apartment (towels, shower gel, cooking utensils, water for the arrival, parasols, cooling box…). We had a wonderful stay at aptsmile!
Pinomar closed due to Covid, was rebooked at sister hotel Playa Mar

This hotel was very clean and the location was fantastic. Food was fine, you could always find something that you liked all nice and fresh.
The two ladies that we met on the reception desk were both fantastic, helpful, friendly a great asset to the hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and there was nothing wrong with the hotel itself…….however
Nothing Bona vista was not even open and transferred to another hotel called Playamar by email when went in was told no and was taken to yet another hotel Beijuan across the road with no lift asked to be moved which they did to Playa blanka all from Same group at 75 and 71 years old we are not pleased at being messed about
The friendly professional staff are the best thing about this hotel. From the efficient reception team, to the cleaning and kitchen staff, every member greeted guests with a smile and a friendly "buenas dias".

The location, one block back from the oceanfront, was good.
The location is very good as it is quit and you can enjoy the view of the sea by the balcony with no view of the nearest beehive hotels (1km far). Also you can get a near access to the sea in just 30 seconds on foot.
You always find a place for the card on just beside the apartment.
Very clean place, near to great beach, all inclusive service is not limited - Palma, Megalufe etc is by government regulation. Furniture is older but good condition. Covid test centre is 3 minutes walk from hotel. 2 pools with enough sunbeds. Great friendly staff.
The location and the staff were very nice and the breakfast had variety and was delicious, the pool was a very good addition and the snooker in the hotel made for very good fun at night and there was a music night which was quite fun,overall happy with my stay

The location was perfect. Almost all rooms have an ocean view. The beach that's right in front of the hotel has public parasoles and beach chairs! The front desk staff was very attentive.
