Big, comfortable apartment with lovely view onto the main square. Easy check in and out with Maria, the very helpful and friendly host. Good kitchen and laundry facilities provided. Supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Roa makes a great base for touring the beautiful meseta between Burgos, Valladolid and Segovia.
Hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the centre of town. There is no dedicated parking, but we felt safe leaving our car on the side of the road. Rooms were a good size, bathroom was accessible, room was very clean. Breakfast was varied and there was plenty of it.
They let some things for us to eat for breakfast the next morning, althought breakfast was not included in the reservation.
The apartment has all the things needed in a home.
