it’s the feeling of being surrounded by nature, the meadow, the view on the mountains and the river yet you’re only 10 minutes by foot from the city centre of Ripoll with shops and restaurants.

A friendly place with some nice local squares in the centre.
A friendly place with some nice local squares in the centre. It was signposted really well and there's lots of trekking and biking routes to chose from. There's also an Ethnography museum, but sadly I visited at siesta and it was closed. The train station and coach station are really close together which makes hopping to other towns and villages really easy.

Nice compact town with lots to see.
Nice compact town with lots to see. A very important town during middle ages (centre of iron forging, weapons etc) Plenty of choice in restaurants, a little expensive for us, but if you live in UK you probably won't notice. Friendly people, enjoyed 2 free evening fanfares with locals dancing.

We took a long time to choose Ripoll and it met with all our expectations. Arriving as the Medieval festival was starting was a real bonus. Lots of good eating places with reasonably priced meals and extremely helpful locals.
The location is stunning, so tranquil with beautiful views. The apartment is lovely, spacious, and has everything you could need. The pool was sparkling clean, and the grounds were very well maintained. The BBQ area was fantastic too, we used it nearly every night. Although there are 4 separate accommodations, everyone was very respectful of each other, and we often felt as if we had the place to ourselves. Ripoll is just a 5 minute drive away and is a lively town with lots of restaurants and shops. There are cycle and foot paths nearby too.
This Rural house is located near El Freser river and in front of the mountains, offering you a picturesque scenery. Good place to stay if you are looking for nature and disconnection. There are plenty of walking, hiking and cycling routes around. Ca N’Aguiler rooms are very specious and offers quality and confort. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Simple, traditional and fresh Homemade Breakfasts, loved it! felt like home, if you are coming to Ripoll, don’t doubt to stay with them!
The location was somewhat difficult to find - we missed the small signpost behind some small industrial plants, but the house itself was spacious and quiet. The room was well equipped with an efficient airco. The breakfast (7 euros pp) was very tasty and copious. We stayed 2 nights. Easy if you want to visit Ripoll and its gorgeous Santa Maria former cloister, and nearby Sant Joan de les Abadesses. Even the stunning mountain village Queralbs lies not further than 20 minutes away.

Very pretty guest house in great location and good size room with very good shared kitchen facilities. And lovely host. Being in old town it’s the perfect to embrace all lovely Ripoll has to offer with great restaurants and surrounds absolutely beautiful
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Excellent facilities. The restaurant which initially looked a bit like a canteen was a real gem. The food certainly exceeded the decor. Fantastic service and food. Brilliant overnight stop.
I really like that this hotel was in a sporty area, padel and football fields right up the hotel. Simple hotel but kind staff and the omelet at breakfast was great.
