VERY friendly helpful staff, ALL of them. The first night was spent in room 101, low down at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately it was close to the bars and road so it was very noisy. The next day we were more to room 401 high up at the back of the hotel. WONDERFUL views, by the way!!! Always a big smile or wave from the staff, and they were very patient with our terrible Spanish!

Customer service was amazing!! Mr. on the reception had e.g., learned all the product names served on the breakfast on our mother language. So he introduced all they were serving in Finnish! Wow!! This experience alone made it worth of staying at Bonaire. All in all, the hotel was nice and quality-price ratio of it very good.

Excellent stay in a perfectly located hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.
There was a lovely terrace for drinks, and the pool was refreshing.

We stayed in Augusta II, the older of the two buildings. The rooms here are larger with sitting / dining area and small kitchen. All rooms come with two 'beds' but the second bed is a sofa-bed ... however the sofa-bed was actually comfortable enough.
Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Spa was lovely and well run, clean and the treatments excellent. Great location - out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach

We enjoyed the Hotel & Staff but found a few of the things strange such as no cooked breakfast & only 9am to 11 am bar then open 11am til 2pm Then closed until 5pm but no food served before 9pm & no draught beer. We went for a quiet stay & a cooler area than our home area of Costa Blanca so took no cooked food until 9pm & no draught beer a bit hard, but staff were friendly & attentive.
Rooms are very good. The price is awesome. Good location if you are travelling by car.
The place is a bit weird as the hotel is located in a bar/restaurant. The reception to check in and check out is the bar...
So, it could be a bit confusing.
The lady who attended us was a bit rude as she was busy attending the bar getting orders and checking us in.

The room is cleaned very well, and after each night it is cleaned, all beds are made which we haven't expected from 2** hotel. Additionally, 2 glasses and bath gels were provided. Not all 3-4* give you this.
All towels were changed on a daily basis.
