Lovely old Spanish hotel , very charming. Rooms old Spanish style, lovely cocktail bar , but no atmosphere, they could create a nice atmosphere in the evening time for guests to congregate and enjoy an evening drink.

It is very beautiful hotel, good location, but!!! I was really chocked by Javien Glonde, the disgusting guy, who worked during the night on the check in. The people like he is , can’t work in a such beautiful and luxury hotel! His welcoming to the hotel was awfull!!! He is not “ professional “ at all, he even can’t understand how not only to work with people but even how to work with booking system and he is not competent at all!!! I and my husband came late at night, very tired, he was looking for our reservation for such a long time ( but the reservation was already paid by my credit card), I explain that we parked the car in front of the hotel and need smb to take our luggage and park our car, but may be is not well educated or perhaps he can’t speak good English he began to cry that police will come to arrest our car, I explained him again that we just need voulet parking and can he ask smb to do it as soon as possible …, but instead of this he began to propose me breakfast explaining that I should take this breakfast now, because after it would be 5-10 euro expensive…. I was very unusual for me… After he washed to show him my credit card,( but my room was already paid by my credit card) I explained him that I do not have it physically , only on my phone and I can give him cash money for deposit Or may be your service park my car and bring my bag where I have my credit card! But he began to cry that he needed NoW my credit card physically and if I don’t have it he will cancel my reservation!!! I really was chocked by this unbehaviour and impolite man …. An amazing place to stay in Sitges. It's next to the train station, a late check-in was possible through a code for the secure box (previously I sent my ID via an external website). It is ideal for LGBT+ people. The room had air conditioning, a small fridge, a coffee machine and everything needed to enjoy the stay. It was possible to pay the breakfast at the moment, which I highly recommend. In other places around Spain the breakfast is very poor, here it was amazing, a nice buffet with a variety of hams, cheeses, eggs, fruits, pastry, tea, coffee, chocolate. There is a beautiful dog making your mornings happier while you (the name was Oscar if I remeber well) and all the staff was very nice. It isn't next to the beach but personally I didn't find it a problem at all because everything is reachable within a 10-15 min walk.

The room was basic but clean, good enough for the price. Had a nice terrass where the night sky was particularly amazing. Very bright by day. The bathroom was ok, but the shower area could be bigger. The room was well turned and cleaned every day. Staff were very helpful and I was allowed to pay a supplement to check-out at 6pm instead of noon, so enjoyed an extra day at the beach as had a lateish flight home!
