Very friendly staff. It has a swimming pool on the roof terrace. Breakfast was superb, very attentive staff and always putting fresh food out, even replacing the eggs that haven't been eaten. Variety of food. The location was ok, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Parked in the neighborhood for free. Would definitely come back if we ever are in the area.

This is a great hotel above a beautiful beach. The hotel is smart and quite stylish ... they put a lot of thought into the facilities. But the best thing is the staff ... so committed and pleasant. They could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Everything is exceptionally clean ... couldn't believe how quickly the rooms were cleaned every day and to a high standard. Big fluffy towels crisp sheets and a very comfortable bed. And absolutely tremendous breakfast buffet... one of the very best!
We stayed here for a week in early July. It's located just outside Portonovo and overlooking a beautiful sandy cove.The hotel had plenty of its own amenities with an outdoor and indoor pool .
We found the staff extremely helpful and genuine.A very down to earth approach and nothing was too much bother..Our Spainsh is limited ,but there was never any issue with getting what we needed.
The sea views are spectacular from the bedrooms.

Everything was perfect:
delicious breakfast (a wide variety buffet), super clean and comfortable room with a seaview, kind staff always ready to help. The location of Piramide is amazing: a few steps from hotel there is a litoral path alongside the coastline, Praia Paxarinas and Praia a Lanzada can be easily reached by car.
You can't be bored there even if it rains :)
We will definitely come back.
It's a lovely and charming hotel in a gorgeous location. The people who work there are friendly and sweet and very helpful. I wish I could've stayed longer. It's a perfect place to spend a holiday by the sea, next to a cute beach.
You can hear the waves crashing into the cliff when is quiet, delightful 🙂.

Great little hotel, right on the beach, with comfortable rooms, great beds and amazing breakfast (eggs, fresh orange juice, a variaty of choices for salamis, fruit, coffee, tea…). The checkout is at 12:00 and breakfast 9:00-11:00, which is great.
All good,just the address isn’t accurate when you put it in maps,wouldn’t lead you directly there,also less than 50m away ,there is another hotel carries the same name,could confuse people.
Hotel has good location to nearby beaches and cities. Facilities are targeted to families. Breakfast buffet was ample. COVID-19 control measures were high standard and applied consistently.
Staff were all lovely. Really good breakfast with gluten free options. Decent underground parking garage at an extra cost. Some free spaces next to hotel.
