The fact that there were no kids and you can just relax everywhere you go in this hotel. I loved how clean it felt. The staff was really friendly and kind.

Playa de Muro is pretty much a tourist town, though it's both smaller and less interesting than Alcúdia or Pollensa, both of which are accessible if you have a car or are happy to make a bus journey. There's plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, but not much else. The beach is lovely, though.

30 minute flat walk into the town from TUI Blue Alcudia Pins. Many shops and restaurants, but not so many bars that you feel you can just stop for a drink in.
Taxi's are almost impossible to get. If you ring directly they say they can't understand you and hang up, we asked the restaurant we were in to call for us, and they were happy to do that.
Not enough to do for two weeks without leaving the area.
The Royal Grill and Dakota's were both good restaurants.

We visited in mid October so towards the end of tourist season but it was still quite busy. The place was very nice, with a lovely long sandy beach and good amenities around. It was a great base for day excursions as we rented a car. Plenty of restaurants to eat in, although menus were mostly generic steak and pizza. Our hotel recommended an amazing restaurant called Los Patos that served proper Mallorcan food, we’d recommend it to anyone interested in authentic food experience.

Amazing beach, good vibes.
Amazing beach, good vibes. Lots of options for food, all sorts of rentals and bars. Loved the cycling vibe, as a cyclist that is a place where you can sit and watch cyclists pass and be in the mood. At the same time perfect place to chill by the beach and enjoy the sun listening some tunes and then go for a swim in the amazing blue water

The Staff were friendly.
The Staff were friendly. The Food was good - something for everyone. The Room was nice; good size bed, decent Bathroom with a big shower.
The Bar only has 3 Cocktails + ca. 5 different types of Long drinks included in all-inclusive.
Loads of room outdoors for Sunbathing.
The beach is only a 5 min walk away.
Bus stop and supermarkets also 5mins away.
The food at the hotel was very good! Great variety and well prepared. Had a large room with sun and an ocean view. My wife joined me and they were very accommodating. Bike garage, tools, and rentals on site. Beautiful grounds, pool, and terraces. Great gym and sauna. Very close to the 312 start and the beach and shops. Eroski is 1k walk and lidl about 4k. Good wifi and bar area with tv's for sports and nightly music. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. The room I had was very quiet.
Hotel is located so close to the beach (app. 3 minutes) and to the main street full of shops and bars. Next to hotel is spar supermarket so what you forgot at home you can easily buy it here. For us it wasn´t value added but hotel is next to small lake. Stuff were very friendly and try everything what was possible to make you feel good during our stay. Bar was ok with several options of low cost mixed drinks included in all inclusive but when you extra pay it was really good drinks.
Our hotel stay has been amazing. To start with the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have arranged a lovely surprise for my friend who celebrated her birthday. The room was spacious and clean with a great view on the pool and sea. There is a direct access to the beach and sea which is very convenient. The outside pool area was nice and relaxing and the breakfast was amazing! We would definitely visit again.
We had a fun holiday, but not because of the hotel. A few good things... the beaches nearby are stunning. Easy to reach from the airport via direct bus. Beds were comfy. Paella was always available and was delicious- the most edible thing in the hotel. All-inclusive includes quite a variety of drinks and fresh-made cocktails. The fitness teacher was great, and the live entertainment (Motown singers) were fantastic.
Rooms are well equipped, food was spectacular! What we really seen for the first time were the filtered water stations on every floor, where you could get free water 24/7 plus do not waste plastic. Beach is literally connected to the hotel so no need to walk far, cross the street, etc. Staff is also really friendly, I could go on for hours.
3 minute walk to the beach. Clean and bright room with a nice bathroom and a spacious balcony. Super friendly staff, who spoke English and German fluently. Good breakfast options. Two swimming pools! Cozy poolside restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Very nice location and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel.
The location of the hotel was perfect...close to lots of shops in town and most importantly for me, directly on the beautiful beach. The view from the room was excellent (side sea view room). The resort was very clean and well kept. The spa is a must visit...I got a facial and foot massage that were just fantastic.

Good location for families, and also groups. The hotel has a nice staff. Accommodation is great, as well as the location in the island. The beach is just next door and there is also a pool. Cleaning service comes every day, which end up being better than renting a house.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The beach near the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Stuff was super nice and helpful. They are so kind with kids! The best entertainment for kids was a big bubble in the main pool. They were jumping on it all day long. Perfect place for families!
I didn’t understand why this hotel is so well rated because is clearly outdated , expensive and the food mediocre. The rooms need a serious renovation asap .
