Very friendly staff, ready to help with anything. They helped me with planning a hiking route, providing several options with valuable descriptions so I could make a good choice. By the way, I recommend going to El Prat de Cadí for lightweight hiking; the views are stunning, and it's about 40 minutes away from the hotel.
Also, they have nice spa services. I especially enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi with an amazing view of the mountains.

The Food from the Restaurant was very good ( local meat was great )

Value for money it was ok. It was clean and a bed. Strange place however. All is online communication, as cheap as possible, and do it yourself. Not a cosy place, yet for sleeping it is fine.

Very high quality finish in the rooms, really exceptional actually. The swimming pool and garden area were great and the communal lounge areas most welcome. It would be perfect for outdoor types looking to truly get away from it all. All the staff were genuinely friendly and cheerful. Beautiful dining room and breakfasts were really nice with excellent coffee.
