Close to my journey to Santander, staff was excellent ( I unfortunately lost my man bag in the evening of my arrival in the bar, and it was returned to me in the morning with everything in it ) the staff was so trustworthy

This beautiful hotel has been in the same family for hundreds of years, and the building itself goes back to around 976. It is the oldest house in the village and is full of charm and history, as well as being spacious and comfortable. The owner was very interesting and helpful.

This is a no nonsense functional hotel, aimed mainly at visitors to the nearby industrial units. It is very well supported by the local people for the really good food on offer! It is a great stop off on the way to the ferry at Santander. We were made really welcome! They even provided a free self serve breakfast, even though the cafe was closed on that Sunday.
The room was OK, no frills but tremendous value.
