Our drivers have enjoyed absolutely everything. The hotel personnel was polite and welcoming. The hotel employees are always happy to provide assistance for the visitiors on any issue relating to their rest. In addition, the coffee offered at the hotel tastes wonderful and is quite inexpensive.
On the whole, our drivers enjoyed qualitative rest and complete relaxation.
Whenever our groups come to Granada again, we will certainly opt for Hotel Philadelphia.
I am happy to provide the hotel with our best recommendations and give the highest marks judging by all criteria.

The hotel was nice, clean, modern and stylish. The room was well equipped within a compact but reasonable sized space. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of food mainly focused on continental options.

We traveled with our well behaved cockapoo dog and was informed when booking that the hotel offered a dog programme which we paid for including breakfast. On arrival we were asked to sign paperwork that our dog would be well behaved and also that there were no dedicated areas where we could eat with our dog. They told us to go to the breakfast room in the morning to get our breakfast from the buffet and take it back to our room on a tray. The night before we wanted to have a light meal and were instructed to sit in the busy lobby and eat while they brought the food from the restaurant. When we got to our room none of the items we paid for as part of the dog programme had been brought to the room and the air conditioning was not working. We had to complain several time before it got sorted. Next morning my husband followed the instructions and went to get coffees and something light to eat for our dog to take back to the room but was told off and told that we needed to sit in the lobby and walk in and out of the breakfast room for our breakfast. It was not a nice experience. When checking out we tried to explain to the receptionist, who was called Pilar, that our stay had not been a pleasant experience. She was very argumentative and told us off for having tried to take food back to the room from the breakfast room although she had instructed us to do this when checking in. We ended up paying and leaving feeling quite unhappy. We will not be staying there again.

The hotel was excellent value for money. Well located, comfortable and with very helpful staff. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Ideal for a short break in Granada.
Hotel Tent Granada is located next to Fuente Nueva Park and the University of Granada. The historic Albaicin district and Granada Cathedral are around 1 km away.

We booked the hotel because of the information provided , however , there is no restaurant , only a snack bar , there is no lunch or dinner menu as the snack bar is not open from Thursday to Sunday , really disappointed and left the hotel a day earlier than booked , the staff were fantastic
Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was large as was the bathroom and the shower over the bath was very good. The underground parking was free and free WiFi was good. The staff were helpful especially Magda.
Breakfast although basic was adequate.
Not a lot, however the room was clean and comfortable, it was at least 1.1/2 kms walk to the nearest restaurant. To be honest we have booked this hotel on our return from Portugal
