The accomodation was well suited for our family of four. The bathroom and the terrace were very nice and spacious. The location is very quiet and only a few minutes drive from Llanes city center.

A lovely hotel in a nice location next to the beach and the old town. The staff were nice, and it had a pleasant, slightly old fashioned feel. There is plenty of free parking just around the corner. The courtyard view was fine.

No public transport but taxis cheap. Playa ballotta is tricky to get down to.

Both the hotel and the apartments are great and we were all very happy with the choice of accommodation. The beds are very comfortable, the space is great and it's very close to a beautiful cozy beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The family run hotel has everything you need for an overall stay. Warm welcome and helpful owner ensured we got our stay off to a good start. We chose this hotel to go to restaurant Casa Poli that is only a five minute walk away. For that the location was perfect. Free, secure parking was a bonus. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Especially the Brownie. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
Indiana is an impressive colonial-style building, surrounded by large gardens and enjoying wonderful views. Each of its stylish rooms has a flat-screen TV and underfloor heating.

Good value for the money and 100% recommended.A bit away from the crowdy noise of the city centre but it's really necessary for the vibe the hotel is gonna give you.The old style construction of the hotel will make you nostalgic. A perfect choice for people who loves nature.
In principle this is a standard hotel with standard facilities. There is nothing much to say about it. However, it is located in a quiet part of Llanes with a nice walk of about 15 minutes along a little river. This walk I enjoyed very much.
Great hotel with a very good location walking distance from beautiful Llanes. Very nice staff. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the terrace with great views of the mountains
