Staff were lovely, very inviting. They helped with any questions we had.
The inside of the hotel is stunning, and the location was perfect for us, as we were passing by and it is close to the motorway. For central Sevilla it is not far but you do need a car or to catch a bus/metro. I believe the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the nearest metro.
Views from the room were lovely. The rooms look refurbished and clean.

Attractive hotel in walking distance of the cathedral and the Alcazar. The check in staff very nice, speaking good English and were very helpful.
