Kieth at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful as were all the other staff. The breakfast was fine. Our room was very clean and well organized with lots of places to store our belongings. We had a fabulous sea view. I didn’t know there would be nightly entertainment. The performers ranged in quality from poor to good. There was sufficient free parking not far from the hotel. If we return to Mallorca, I would definitely consider staying again at the Son Matias Beach Hotel.

Max Garden Restaurant just turn left out of the hotel Son Matias Beach, take first right on that road and it’s a five minute walk straight down that road, it’s on the corner adjacent to that road, beautifully cooked food and very reasonably priced.

It was a very quiet resort where we stayed. Perfect for us. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants not at all rowdy. Not much to do for children however. The only fab thing we found was the mini golf a 5 minute walk from our apartment. It is one of the best we have been to, grandson loved it.

We travelled in Mid April so it was still quite quiet and lots of bars, hotels and nightclubs are not yet open. Palma Nova is a great place to stay as it's just far enough away from all the 'activities' in Magaluf.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. We had a large terrace with chairs, but overlooked by the apartments directly opposite. I felt a bit enclosed by this as well as other high buildings surrounding the accommodation.
Part of our reason for booking this accommodation was that a free shuttle was advertised for guests on booking.com. When we asked about this on arrival, we were told there was no such facility, so we took two public buses back to the airport in the day we left.

Palma Nova is a lovely place to visit for both families and single people. Plenty of attractions nearby and only a short bus ride to the wonderful capital, Palma which is definitely worth a visit. Near to the lively nightlife but also to some quieter and picturesque bars and restaurants by the sea.
Very clean and new hotel with nice designed rooms, I have travelled by myself so the room size was perfect, for 2 it would be a bit small though. Nice location, beach in front of the hotel, dreamy blue water, couples and seniors are main visitors. close but still enough far away from the party crowd of magaluf.
ATM, Supermarket and bars/restaurants super close. Breakfast very good and huge, room service food alright. Big portions.

The hotel is in a great location, 30 seconds from the pool to the beach. Minutes from great restaurants. About 15-20 minutes walk to Magaluf bars, beach and clubs, far enough away to not hear it in the early hours.
It’s position is right on the beach with a very impressive sea view with all the boats.

We really enjoyed the facility. The grounds were really well kept with plenty of relaxing areas for everyone on the property to enjoy the fantastic views. I loved that they had e-bikes right outside to rent and ride into downtown Palmanova. Many wonderful restaurants just a short walk down the hill. I would HIGHLY recommend the breakfast option. Truly the best breakfast arrangement I have seen at a property. We didn't pre-purchase it because we were unsure, yet we ended up eating there every morning.
The inside of the apartment is great, kitchen with all you need, comfortable beds and overall all new equipment and sheets. AC necessary and life saving when humidity is high (even when temp is below 30 C) or when temperatures are high (35 C). Good value for price as around there are fancy hotels that cost much more. About 10 min walking there is a big supermarket with all you need. Walking to the beach is easy and it takes only a few minutes.
Very clean. They checked the water of the swimming pool and clean the pool area properly every morning (We saw this every morning from our room). Frendly staffs at the reception. All inclusive was a good choice for us. Food was fresh and enough choices. Our special thanks to Jose (Hotel Manager), he was greatly helpful and went out of his way to assist us with our request. We have had a very nice stay at Aluasun Torrenova.
Cross the road from hotel and go down the steps to beach in under five minutes or go straight on and hit Magaluf in under ten mins. Loads of lovely restaurants along beach front and some great bars. Palmanova really surprised me how lovely it was and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff friendly, happy hour 4-6 and plenty of room around a great pool and always sun beds available.
Location location location. Hotel is located near the beach and Palmanova city center, just 3 min walking distance in calm neighborhood. On the way to the beach you have it all: restaurants, bike rental, car rental, supermarket, other. Bus stop which takes you from and to the airport is just outside the hotel. The location could not be better. Also the breakfast stuff was very friendly.
The hotel is super beautiful. The location is amazing. The view to the sea is breathtaking. It is everything you need in one place and you dont need to leave the hotel. The hotel is huge and clean . Staff is always attentive and always available. The spa is amazing as well. Our stay at this time was a bit expensive per night but it is worth the stay and I will for sure come back again.
Location of Hotel perfect.. near to beaches and shops of Palmanova… 10 minute walk into Magaluff… Good size pool area with plenty of sun loungers…Rooftop area with extra seating…. Staff from Reception to cleaners very helpful and pleasant…. Highly recommend this apartment block, perfect location to the beach, and plenty of eateries around, and close to Magaluf. Hotel is spotlessly clean, bedding and towelling changed very day if you want it. Usual issue with towels on loungers, but thats not the hotels fault, it's just people being dickheads... 😂
Breakfast until 13:30. Yes, it's true. Marvellous timing. Cozy sack bean bag chairs by the pool. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away. The hotel is nicely renewed. Everything was clean and tidy. Also it has the best price/value ratio in Magaluf.
All the staff working in this hotel is amazing. Everyone is very kind and helpful. A big thank you to Aga who was at the reception.
