We read a lot of bad reviews about noise in the hotel . I've been awake till 6 o'clock at morning and I can confirm that it was definitely quiet ! No any noise from the street or from the restaurant like the reviews says . Amazing hotel ! Easy check in! Comfortable bed ! Beautiful forest view! Lovely staff!

If you stay for a few days and want to explore the area and get involved with the local culture then this is the hotel for you.
If you are just passing through and require an early and quiet evening then this probably isn't the place for you as you are above admittedly an excellent restaurant but unfortunately a little too noisy. Great location though with plenty of parking.
Charming, rustic property in the hills, about 20 minutes drive from San Sebastian. The road to the hotel is a bit difficult to identify and easy to miss but believe google maps and you'll get there! Food was excellent with large servings, so beware. Staff are multilingual (not all). We had the only bedroom with a balcony but it was well worth the extra.
Go and stay there and enjoy the ambience.

Hotel is nicely situated in the hills of Oiartzun, nice walks and hikes, nice village with cozy bar, beautriful views.
The apartments are newly renovated, very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel! I'm very glad I chose him. The staff speaks excellent English and is very friendly!
Facilities of the hotel are very nice, they have farm animals and a swimming pool, I recommend this hotel for families with kids. They offer fresh eggs, bred and black coffee for the breakfast.
