This monastery is simply splendid; what a beautiful location. It creates a world of its own of rest and peace. We felt honored to stay there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner were very good. There's even a large swimming pool. The rooms are large for a cloister, nice bathroom. This is a really attractive historic building. The rooms are spacious and with high ceilings. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is on one side of the attractive central square of the town (and very close to excellent restaurants and the castle), but due to the thick walls and location of the bedroom it is very quiet in the hotel.
